We are a lively community of around 60 people – children, young people and adults – with diverse interests, but bound together by friendship and a spiritual search.

For the last 4 years there has been a celebration in Norwich to celebrate World Down Syndrome Day This has been organised by Emma, who as she says is “the very proud mummy to Eli who is 6 and just happens to have Down Syndrome” and who is also the daughter of two of our members.
People can’t meet this year so instead they have produced a colouring page based on the ‘Lots of Socks’ World Down Syndrome Day theme. The aim-to get las many people as possible to download and colour in the page then put it in their window and also if possible share the result on Facebook-thus creating a trail around the world!
The poster can be downloaded from here or found through facebook
Please share the link!
Each month, Ipswich Road URC supports a different cause. All are chosen by the church members. Some we support on an annual basis, others are “one off”
Back in 1999, one of our members worked in this school. Since then we have raised money once a year to pay towards the food for the children and young people who attend.
